This 8-week programme has been designed to help sales professionals achieve their goals at work and life in general. Includes video tuition, notes, worksheets, practical tasks to help you put into practice what you learn.

Week One - Introduction - What is coaching and how this programme works

In this introduction, we will start with a brief overview of what coaching is.

We then take a closer look at how you spend your time followed by an introduction into personality types.

There is approximately 1/2 an hour of video followed by notes for each lesson and three worksheets.

It is important to complete everything before the next module the following week.

The personality test will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please fill in the worksheet and have it on hand for next week's lessons.

In order to get the most our of this programme, it is important to take your time and complete each task.

In this section we go deeper into your personality. We will look at the traits of your type

Every personality type is covered which will help you to understand other people and how they work, deal with emotions, what motivates them etc.
