Welcome to the Leader as Coach program where you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and mastery and gain confidence to lead with clarity and impact.

Before we begin, I ask that you commit yourself to completing the tasks and assessments, these are essential to ensure that you receive all of the benefits from the program.

This is a personal program to help you to develop in the areas you want to improve, whether that be understanding yourself better, working on your self-esteem, developing leadership and communication skills or practicing assertiveness and being able to enforce personal boundaries. We will develop a roadmap that works for you. This program will teach the leader how to coach their team while being coached themselves.

The program is flexible and although it is an 8-week journey, you can spread it over as many weeks as suits you. Each online module has video tuition, personal assessments, worksheets to help you and notes for reference.

On completion you will receive a system generated certificate.
